let's get this show on the road.
I take on a small number of brand transformations each year — on purpose. Small roster, deep work.
This form is where that work starts. The more you tell me about your business and where you're trying to take it, the better I can see the full picture before we ever get on a call — which means less time on discovery and more time on the actual work!
If you're earlier in the process and not sure a full transformation is the move yet, you can always start with a Brainstorm Session. It's built exactly for that!
Don't overthink it, but don't underwrite it either. The detail you put in here is our head start.
Sweetly but honestly: no. Your website is where your positioning either holds up or falls apart, so I only design sites on brands I've built. It's why the end result feels so cohesive.
The strategy portion: what makes you different (positioning), who's buying from you without needing a hard sales pitch (audience), how you talk to them (brand voice), and the overall direction everything visual will follow (creative direction).
The visual identity portion: primary logo, secondary logo, font selections, colour palette, guidelines.
Our brand process runs about 8 weeks, and branding + web closer to 20. This is why we're typically booked out in advance — projects happen in sprints, one deep focus at a time. So if a rebrand is on your radar for later this year, get the application in now — the calendar fills in a hurry!
Everything above, plus a custom website built on ShowIt — designed as an extension of your brand, not a template with your logo dropped in. Every page is structured to do a job: build trust, answer objections, and guide the right people toward inquiring. I build on Showit because it gives us complete design freedom, and it's genuinely easy for you to update yourself afterward — no developer on retainer, no being held hostage by your own site. Already have a platform in mind? Mention it in your inquiry and we'll chat through your options.
Don't take this harshly, but I'm just probably not your studio! And that's okay! Every brand I build starts with strategy, because IMO, a logo without positioning underneath is just decoration. Like that trendy t-shirt you bought on impulse: cute for a season, but it won't go the distance.
Yes! An initial non-refundable deposit holds your spot on the calendar, and the remaining payments are split over the course of the project — typically 2–3 in total. Extended plan options are available too — just ask!
Foundational SEO is baked into every website — structure, keywords, best practices from day one. If you need ongoing campaigns beyond that, a dedicated SEO specialist is the right move, and I'm happy to point you toward one.
The question everyone scrolls to first — branding projects usually begin around the $7-10k mark, and clients adding web, copywriting, or naming typically invest closer to $12,000+ depending on full scope. Not there yet? Start with a Brainstorm Session — the fee credits toward your project if you book within 30 days.
